This large daisy with a flower up to 5cm diameter, is easy to spot and identify,
flowering in the summer in Old Churchfurlong.
It is also known as moon-daisy, dog-daisy or marguerite,
It is often to be seen on roadsides, or railway embankments
In past centuries it used to have medicinial uses
